About her
Tahlia is 30, an ocean swimmer and beach bootcamp coach on the Gold Coast. After the dawn session she heads to a timber surf shack on the sand and picks up her phone.
Tahlia grew up on the Gold Coast swimming before breakfast and surfing after lunch, and she never really stopped. She now runs dawn bootcamps on the sand and open-water swim sessions for people who are sure they cannot do it. By the end of the month they usually can.
